The ice-cream diet is very tasty and easy for keeping. You will feel comfortable and satisfied when following the dieting plan. Weight loss diets are often associated with privations and hunger tortures. But it isn’t going to happen when you decide to lose weight this way.

The ice-cream diet includes ice-cream in a daily intake plan. It can be milk or fruit ice-cream – the one you like best, or their combination. Keeping the ice-cream diet you won’t suffer from hunger. But still you will lose weight as you give up all sweet food except for a helping of ice-cream.

Ice-cream diet daily meal plan:
Breakfast: a small piece of rye-bread, fruit salad and sugar-free green tea.

Lunch: vegetable soup, 3.5 ounces of chicken, 3.5 ounces of brown rice, vegetable salad, sugar-free green tea and about 3 ounces of your favorite ice-cream.

Dinner: 2 baked potatoes, vegetable stew, and mineral water.

Supper: if evening ice-cream is more enjoyable, you can have about 2.5 ounces of ice-cream instead of the lunch helping.
