Summer Diet
It is very tasty diet for 7 days. Especially it is very useful in summer, when you can choose fresh fruits and vegetables easily. Well, prepare those vegetables and fruits, which you like most of all, and eat them for the whole day – for breakfast, dinner and supper. Here is the model pattern of the diet.
Monday
The first day is vegetable day. For example, you’ve chosen cucumbers. You can eat them as much as you want, even 10 pounds during a day. But you need in additional liquid for your organism. So, drink more mineral water in this day.
Tuesday
It is a fruit day. Choose apples, oranges or pears and divide them for 4-5 food intakes. Eat the main part of fruits for dinner. Also you are permitted to drink the glass of kefir or yoghurt.
Wednesday
Today you should eat berries. It can be aromatic fresh strawberry, plum or gooseberry. Eat berries during the day and drink mineral or boiled water without limits.
Thursday
In this day you prefer sour dairy produce. Choose kefir, yoghurt or sour clotted milk and sip slowly during the whole day. If you feel being hungry, eat some non-fat curds with sugar. The glass of kefir at night will be the best end of the day.
Friday
Vegetables again. It can be cabbage, potatoes (boiled), pumpkin or tomatoes. Eat only vegetables and drink mineral water.
Saturday
Devote this day to any kind of berries, for example, cherries, apricots or peaches. Don’t forget to drink a glass of kefir at night.
Sunday
It is the most difficult day in this diet. You have to drink only any fruit juice – apple, grape or orange all the time and nothing more. But when you look at yourself, you will be thankful for your patience!

The Onion Soup Diet

Recipe 1.
You need: 3 cups chopped onions, 1 cup chopped leeks, 1 sprig parsley, root and greens, chopped, 1 celery (with leaves), chopped, 8 peppercorns, 1 1/2 liters water, Salt (to taste).
Crush the onions and leeks with salt in a porcelain bowl. In asaucepan, bring the water to a boil, add the vegetables and peppercorns and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with several towels and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Recipe 2.
You need: 2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef broth or vegetable broth, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 4 onions, sliced, 2 green peppers, cut, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 pinch ground black pepper.
Cook and stir onions in vegetable oil in a covered large saucepan over medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper; heat to a boil. Remove from heat.

3 Day Apple Diet
Apple diet is ideal for cleansing of all organism and weight loss, because apples contain almost all vitamins and mineral matters we need, including folic acid, sugar and pectin. Many dietitians advise to spend 2-3 fasting apple days per a week. Today I offer 3-days apple diet. Food value of apples is 37-46 kilocalories for 100 gram.
The first day: you can eat only apples for the whole day, but not more 2 kg. It can be apples, apple sauce, grated apples, and baked apples. For supper you should drink cocktail from equal parts of fresh apple juice and mineral soda water. You can add some lemon juice in cocktail.
The second and the third days: menu like in the first day and also you are permitted to eat 200 g of non-fat curd. As for drinking, there are two opinions, you can choose yourself. One way is that you should drink much, but herb infusions, not water. Or you should follow diet without drinking, because apples contain liquid. Choice depends on your feelings and requirements of organism.
