Morning Drinks from Kefir

In the morning we usually drink tea or coffee to be woken up and "to turn on" the digestion. Here you can find the recipes of unique drinks from kefir. These drinks will hearten you and also help to lose weight. The main thing is not to forget to drink it every morning.

One of them is based on black tea. For 1 portion you should take 1 glass of water, 1 tablespoon of dry black tea, ½ teaspoon of ground turmeric, 2 small thin slices of fresh ginger, ground cinnamon and cardamom on the tip of the knife, 1 glass of kefir and ½ teaspoon of honey.

Add tea, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and honey to boiling water. Mix everything and keep getting cold. Then filter the mixture and add kefir to the cold drink. Well, mix everything again and drink. Enjoy the great mood for the whole day!

It’s important! Don’t add kefir in the hot mixture. Firstly, it will curdle in the boiling water. And secondly, this will kill all its useful qualities.

For another drink, you will need 2 tablespoons of red beet juice, 1 glass of kefir, 1 teaspoon of hips decoction, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Mix all ingredients carefully and sprinkle with some cinnamon. You can add any spices, as you wish. For example, ginger is very useful against cold.
