The Mediterranean Diet Menu

The Mediterranean diet is based on the traditional foods consumed by people of the eastern Mediterranean - in particular, Crete and southern Italy. When planning the ingredients for dishes in a Mediterranean style, it is good to include variety of products.

The Mediterranean Diet Features

TheBodyHoliday Review

I had been going through a tough time in my life for a while due to circumstances around me. My weight was on the way up, I had given up on exercise and I was having a lot of trouble sleeping. My husband surprised me with a trip to the Saint Lucia Spa Resort for my birthday as a way of revitalizing me and getting me back to the healthy person I once was.

Words cannot explain how much I needed my break and how much I appreciated it. The attitude at TheBodyHoliday is exactly what the name suggests. As soon as I got there, I threw myself into the exercise programs. Everyone has such a warm and positive attitude, I feel like I stopped my unhealthy behaviors dead in their tracks. I did not partake in many spa treatments.

However, the massage I had was very good. St. Lucia is a beautiful island, and this is the perfect way to experience it. Instead of just laying around on the beach, I was able to exercise and cleanse myself from the inside and out. Plus, I was able to fit in some time laying around on the beach!

I enjoyed my time there, and I plan to make it an annual trip. My mother and sister are going with me next year, and I cannot wait for them to have the same healthy reboot that I experienced. My life is on a healthier track, and I am grateful to TheBodyHoliday for the new me.

MMA Workouts Online

When I began looking for exercise programs, I was not sure what to look for in cardio and strength. I found this program online, and it has really worked my body. I started the program, and had to adjust the exercises so that I could do them.

The best thing about the mma workouts is that the videos are online, and I can do everything from the comfort of my own home. All of the steps are explained, and there is a demonstration of each exercise.


The instructors go into detail with how each move will benefit the body. The people in the video who are doing the exercises with the instructor show a variety of angles so that I can make sure I am doing the exercises the right way. The music is upbeat and modern, and it really gets you in the mood to become active.

The website has a large amount of information. I have learned about what to eat while I am exercising so that I can increase my weight loss, and there is also information about how often I should exercise. There are reviews from others who have been through the program, and there is also a store where you can buy clothing and equipment.
