Lose Weight with Celery. Bonn Soup Diet.

Nature gives us a huge amount of plants, which help us to take care of our health and body. Often, diets, based on these natural ingredients, help to lose weight without causing any harm to the body. There are plants in nature somewhat specially conceived to keep a good shape. One of them is celery.

It contains a huge amount of nutrients, vitamins, oils, and minerals. Another very important advantage of celery is that you can use it fully, from the roots to tops. But the most curious feature of this plant is its "negative calorie content", because for processing of celery products human body spends more calories than receives. That is why this plant can be called ideal for losing weight and maintaining optimal weight. It contains only 18 calories.

In modern dietology, there are many diets, containing celery. For example, Bonn soup diet. Probably it is the most popular and famous of all the diets. The point of it is that for losing weight you need to eat vegetable soup daily. It consists of celery, carrot, cabbage, Bulgarian pepper, onion, asparagus, tomatoes, herbs, spices to taste, and tomato juice.

Options of cooking:
- The first way: chop the vegetables, put them in a pan, fill with water, and cook for 15 minutes.
- The second way: pour tomato juice in chopped vegetables, boil for 10 minutes. Then cover with a lid and leave it to stew on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Here is the diet plan. Throughout the day we eat our soup. The more soup you eat, the more likely you lose weight! According to the diet plan, you can add other products.

Day 1: any fruit except bananas.
Day 2: raw vegetables.
Day 3: raw vegetables; you can afford a few potatoes in their skin (boiled or baked).
Day 4: three banana and 1 liter of yogurt.
Day 5: 200 grams of lean meat or fish, 1 kg of tomatoes, and lots of water.
Day 6: vegetables and 300-400 grams of lean meat.
Day 7: vegetables and boiled brown rice.

While being on the diet you can drink coffee and tea without sugar, and mineral non-carbonated water. You have to drink as much water as possible, especially on the 5th and the 6th days.
