And what is more, these drinks can help you to decrease the appetite. And in the same time such drinks will give you all nutrients and vitamins necessary during a strict diet.

Lemon and honey. Water with lemon segment and teaspoon honey dispel appetit finely. If you are hungry, you can drink this cocktail. As a rule effect from this drink lasts for an hour. You can drink this cocktail again, if your diet doesn’t offer any dish as yet.

Decoction from dried fruits. As dried fruits, you can take dried apricots, apples and prunes. To prepare 1 liter of decoction, take a handful of dried fruits and put it into boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then keep the decoction in the cold place to cool. Drink in 1 glass when you are very hungry.

Fruit compote. Maybe you’ll be surprised but compotes are able to sate very well, especially if you boil compote from fresh apricots, raspberries, strawberries, cherries or mulberries. There is no need to add sugar, simply add a tablespoon honey for 2 liters of water. Then compote will have more saturated taste.

Hips with honey. Pour one teaspoon of hips with ½ glass of boiling water and keep for half an hour. Then add a teaspoon of honey and drink if you are hungry.
