Natural Detox Diet

Natural Detox DietAre you keen on everything organic, natural? Do you adore herbal teas and spices? Then this diet is made specially for you. Vegetables, fruits or cereals, rich in cellulose, allow the body to cleanse itself naturally of accumulated toxins and helps the body to normalize its weight. And yoghurts are the source of calcium and probiotics, which help to restore the work of bowels.

To make your detox diet more effective, you need to follow these instructions:
- drink a glass of water with lemon juice in the morning;
- go in for walking and yoga 20 minutes a day;
- drink 1,5 liters of water with lemon or orange juice during the whole day;
- do not eat at night; if you are hungry, drink herbal tea with honey;
- bath with sea salt helps you to part with toxins and decrease the feeling of hungry. Take such bath 20 minutes before sleep.

Day One.
Breakfast. Green tea without sugar. 2 corn biscuits. An orange or mandarin.
Dinner. Broccoli with fresh-smoked ham. Natural yoghurt.
Lunch. Cleansing tea: 1/3 mint, 1/3 camomile, 1/3 bass. (Or another variant: ½ thyme and ½ lemon-balm).
Supper. Vegetable sup (without potato and carrot). Natural yoghurt. Any seasonable fruit. Cleansing tea.

Day Two.
Breakfast. Green tea without sugar. 1 corn biscuit. A piece of black bread. Any seasonable fruit.
Dinner. Prepare fennel, black radish, carrot in the steamer and add karri. A piece of white chicken meat. Natural yoghurt.
Lunch. Cleansing tea. If you are hungry, eat one rice cookie.
Supper. Soup from watercress. Natural yoghurt. Any seasonable fruit. Cleansing tea.

Day Three.
Breakfast. Green tea without sugar. 1 corn biscuit. A piece of black bread with honey. Any seasonable fruit.
Dinner. Fresh carrot with caraway. Non-fat fish with spices, baked in foil. Any seasonable fruit.
Lunch. Cleansing tea. If you are hungry, eat one rice cookie.
Supper. Pumpkin puree with parsley and some karri. Natural yoghurt. Cleansing tea.
