Salad is The Main Dish of Any DietSure you agree with me that salad is the main dish of any diet. Good salad can contain more useful and tasty ingredients than couple of tomatoes and lettuce. Adding fruits, nuts and other famous ingredients, you will see more positive changes in your weight and health. Let’s look at constituents of the salad for weight loss and great health.

Green
Most of green contains salt of folic acid, vitamin B, needed for normal functioning of red blood cells. Also green has the great number of vitamin A and antioxidant, which protect your organism from early ageing.

Fruits
All fruits have the great number of nutrients (especially vitamin C and potassium). Fruits have less fat and calories. It is well-known fact.

Nuts and seeds
A quarter of glass with nuts or seeds gives you 5 grams of high-qualified proteins and great number of vitamin E, fibers and minerals. Also nuts are rich with fat, but it is the most useful kind of fat – unsaturated.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain vitamin C, potassium and folats. Also tomatoes have vegetal matters, which help to lower cholesterol level.

Onion
Onion is the rich source of many useful matters, which fight against cancer and many other chronic diseases.

Vegetable oils
Vegetable oils are rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated), which have a great effect for weight loss. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants also.

Fish
Fat fish like salmon or tunny-fish, contains fat acids Omega-3, which help to cardiac work. At least 100 grams fish must be eaten every day for great effect.
