Wine Diet

Wine dietThis diet is simple but very effective. You can lose about 11lb of weight for 5 days. To keep this diet you need 5 big apples, 5 tomatoes, 5 cucumbers, 2 lb of non-fat curd, 5 hard-boiled eggs and the bottle of red wine. Diet lasts for 5 days.

Well, you should eat these products every day in the next order:
Morning – an egg and a tomato
In two hours – an apple
In two hours – some curd and one cucumber
In three hours – a glass of wine.
